One person, on purpose.

AI Foreman is run by Jason Barnes, operating as JBAgency LLC, serving local businesses in Ocean County & the Jersey Shore, New Jersey. Not an agency with account managers — one person who builds, watches, and answers for everything.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

Twenty years before AI Foreman

2000–2004
BS, Biochemistry — University of Utah
Started in science, not software. The analytical habit stuck.
2009–2024
COO, Genesis Chiropractic Software (ClinicMind)
14 years. Grew revenue 3x and led the company to a successful exit. Visited 250+ chiropractic practices along the way, from single-location startups to 10+ location groups.
2024–Present
CEO, LVRG Media
Chiropractic marketing built on content and local search, not just paid lead volume.

That career was chiropractic practices, not home-service trades — worth saying plainly. What carries over isn’t industry knowledge, it’s the playbook: technology that actually gets used, processes that survive when the owner isn’t watching, and one person accountable for making it work. AI Foreman applies that same playbook to local trade businesses in Ocean County & the Jersey Shore, New Jersey.

The model today is simple: modern AI tooling does the heavy lifting — building sites in days, drafting review replies, catching missed calls — and one accountable human makes sure all of it is true, working, and pointed at your business’s actual needs. That’s why a one-person shop can deliver what used to take a team, and why you get a person who picks up instead of a ticket queue.

What we will and won’t tell you

We won’t claim this is cheaper than DIY tools (it isn’t), promise you a guaranteed spot in Google or ChatGPT results (nobody honestly can), or sell you a capability that hasn’t run live (that’s what our waitlist means). We will show you exactly what we’ve built, tell you what it costs, and be accountable when something breaks.
