AI Foreman is run by Jason Barnes, operating as JBAgency LLC, serving local businesses in Ocean County & the Jersey Shore, New Jersey. Not an agency with account managers — one person who builds, watches, and answers for everything.

The model is simple: modern AI tooling does the heavy lifting — building sites in days, drafting review replies, catching missed calls — and one accountable human makes sure all of it is true, working, and pointed at your business’s actual needs. That’s why a one-person shop can deliver what used to take a team, and why you get a person who picks up instead of a ticket queue.

What we will and won’t tell you

We won’t claim this is cheaper than DIY tools (it isn’t), promise you a guaranteed spot in Google or ChatGPT results (nobody honestly can), or sell you a capability that hasn’t run live (that’s what our waitlist means). We will show you exactly what we’ve built, tell you what it costs, and be accountable when something breaks.

Ocean County & the Jersey Shore, New Jersey — including Jackson, Toms River, Brick, Lakewood, Manchester, Point Pleasant, Freehold, Howell. Local by design: being able to meet face to face, know the towns, and build for how people here actually search is part of the product.
