Everything a Ocean County & the Jersey Shore, New Jersey business owner usually asks before working with AI Foreman — including the questions where the honest answer is “no.”

What is AI Foreman?

A one-person managed service run by Jason Barnes (JBAgency LLC) that builds and maintains the online side of local businesses in Ocean County & the Jersey Shore, New Jersey: website, Google and AI search visibility, review replies, and missed-call recovery — one monthly bill, one accountable person.

How much does it cost?

Two-part pricing: a one-time setup fee and a monthly retainer. The Starter tier is $1,500 setup + $297/month. Higher tiers add missed-call text-back, content refreshes, and Google Business Profile work as those capabilities open. Every real quote is custom — the quote builder gives an instant starting point.

Is there a contract?

Yes — a written agreement covering the build, hosting, content usage rights, and the monthly service, reviewed before anything is signed. No handshake deals: it protects both sides.

Do you use my photos or stock photos?

Yours. We source real project photos and reviews from your own accounts, confirm permission for each image, and never present stock or AI-generated imagery as your completed work.

What happens if I stop the monthly service?

The website and its content are yours and leave with you. Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and the running capabilities (review replies, missed-call text-back) stop, since those are the service.

Why is some of your service list on a waitlist?

Because we only sell what has run live. Missed-call text-back is built and tested and is completing live validation on our own phone line; it opens to clients when it has run cleanly for real. We’d rather lose a sale than sell a promise.

Can you guarantee first place on Google or a ChatGPT recommendation?

No — and you should be suspicious of anyone who says yes. We deliver the verifiable groundwork: structured data, answer-shaped content, consistent business facts, town-level pages, and off-site presence. Those measurably improve your odds; nobody controls the engines.

Who actually does the work?

Jason Barnes, with AI tooling doing the heavy lifting under human review. Nothing posts publicly under your name without human approval.
