AI Setup & Workflow Coaching

AI Foreman audits how work actually moves through your business — the call, the quote, the follow-up, the invoice — then writes up the three places AI would genuinely save you hours, what each takes to set up, and what it will not fix.

The audit

$300, delivered within three business days. We spend 45 minutes tracing one job end to end — the call that comes in while you are on a roof, how a quote gets from your head to the customer, what happens in the silence after you send it, and how the invoice and follow-up actually get done.

You get a written plan: the three places AI would save you the most hours each month, ranked, with what each takes to set up and what it will not fix. It also names at least one thing you could automate but should not. The plan is yours whether or not you ever hire us again.

The setup sprint

If you want the work done rather than described, the sprint takes two weeks:$2,500for a trades business,$5,000for an office-based business.

We implement the top two or three items from your audit, run a recorded training session with your team, and hand over a written runbook you own — so the work survives without us. Thirty days of email support follow, and then the engagement ends.

The sprint does not include ongoing management. That is a separate monthly plan, so you are never paying project rates for maintenance you could get cheaper.

Who this is for

Home-service and office businesses around Ocean County that are busy enough for the admin to hurt. If you are not yet at that point, the audit will say so, and that is a legitimate outcome worth knowing.

Questions about AI coaching

What exactly do I get for $300?

A 45-minute call where we trace one job from first contact to final invoice, and then a written plan within three business days: the three places AI would save you the most hours each month, what each would take to set up, roughly what it costs to run, and what it will not fix. The plan is yours to act on with or without us.

What if the answer is that I do not need much?

Then that is what the plan says. Every audit names at least one thing you could automate but should not — usually because a customer would notice the difference, or because the volume does not justify the setup. A plan that recommends everything is a sales document, not an audit.

What happens after the audit?

If you want the work done, the setup sprint takes two weeks and implements the top two or three items from the plan, trains your team, and hands over a written runbook you own. It is $2,500 for a trades business and $5,000 for an office-based business. There is no obligation to buy it.

Does the sprint include ongoing management?

No. The sprint does not include ongoing management — it ends when the work is delivered, with 30 days of email support after. Ongoing management is a separate monthly plan, so you are never paying sprint rates for maintenance.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The audit is a conversation about how your business already works. The setup sprint ends with a training session and a written runbook so your team can operate what was built without calling us.
