Missed-Call Text-Back

When your business misses a call, AI Foreman’s system automatically texts the caller back within seconds with a scheduling link, and logs every call so nothing slips. Currently in final live testing — join the waitlist.

What it does

  1. A call goes unanswered — you’re on a job, it’s after hours, the crew’s loud.
  2. The caller gets a text in seconds, in your voice, with a link to book a time.
  3. Every call is logged — caller, time, whether the text went out, whether the link was clicked — so the system proves its own value in numbers.

Built and tested with a full automated test suite; currently in live validation on our own line before the first client goes on. That’s the standard for everything AI Foreman ships: it runs for real before it’s sold.

Questions about Missed-call text-back

Why is this on a waitlist?

Because we don’t sell capabilities before they’ve run live. The system is built and tested; it is currently completing live validation on our own phone line. When it has run cleanly in the real world, the waitlist opens — in order.

What does the caller actually receive?

Within seconds of a missed call, a short text in your business’s voice: an apology for missing them, and a scheduling link so they can book without waiting for a callback. Existing customers and new callers get appropriately different messages.

Why do missed calls matter so much for trades?

When a homeowner calls a contractor and nobody answers, most call the next name on the list. A fast text-back keeps you in the running while you’re on a roof, under a sink, or done for the day.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your existing number forwards through the system; calls you answer connect normally. Only genuinely missed calls trigger the text-back, and every event is logged so you can see what it caught.
